After the sponsorship order is confirmed, you can modify the “Delivery Address” and “Customized Options” before the end of the crowdfunding project. However, if you want to change the item or cancel the sponsorship, please contact “Wabay customer service” via e-mail (service@wabay.tw) and specify your name, sponsorship order number, and your reason. Customer service personnel will get in touch with you for dealing with subsequent matters.

The production of the gifts will begin after we complete the crowdfunding successfully. After the end of the crowdfunding, we will confirm the number of gifts to be produced. After we receive the  products, we will deliver them in batches according to the sequence of the sponsorship orders. Deliveries may be started by the end of November 2022. Please wait patiently. *Deliveries will be informed through the FanPage.

You can select the “Support the Idea” plan. The minimum amount of this plain is NTD 100. You can also fill in the filed “Extra Donation” with the amount you would like to donate.

Yes. Please select the country in the options which provide gifts. The system will automatically calculate the delivery fee. We will issue an ordinary receipt. If you need to get a receipt in your company’s or organization’s name, please provide your company’s title and the business uniform number in the plan.
